The National Hockey League is down to its final four teams and two of them, the Los Angeles Kings and Phoenix Coyotes, will be in action today, with the New Jersey Devils and New York Rangers kicking in Monday.

There are plenty of great storylines in each of the four remaining teams and two series that feature squads who really don’t care for one another all that much. The potential is there for a pair of memorable series, although things don’t always work out that way.

Still, sports fans could do a lot worse, especially than the Devils and Rangers, which is one of the better rivalries of the league in recent years.

Over the hurdle
Tiger Woods has known worse pains. He brought most of them on himself. The sting of not winning however was one he could undo. It was all about finding the will within. When you are the best in the world at what you do. When you have a talent and a propensity for victory never before seen. When you treat a sport that breaks the will of most men like it’s your toy, that is when you are omnipotent. Since his comeback Tiger had swam with the mortals. He made their mistakes, he lived through their problems. The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be, was just another very good PGA Tour golfer. With the pain of his winless streak now behind him, Tiger has got his swagger back. Off the course that may cause him problems but when he’s swinging a club then the king of kings is in complete control.

About the field
While it’s easy to for PGA golf betting fans to gush over Tiger, there’s the small matter of the other guys. They’re hardly scrubs. Rory McIlroy has unfinished business in Augusta. Charl Schwartzel won’t give up his title easily. Martin Kaymer is not scrub. Lee Westwood and Luke Donald are always dangerous. Oh and then there’s the small matter of Phil Mickelson, a man with the mental win to work unimaginable feats on this course. To be the best, Tiger is going to have to beat the best. He’s got plenty of practice up to now.
