Sports odds are used to calculate the amount of returns that one can get from a successful bet. In traditional times odds were represented in terms of ratios and the bookies used to predict a favorite and an underdog team. Usually the ratio is 4:1. It means that a person will get for every 1 dollar 4 dollars if he wins on an underdog team. Most sportsbooks provides live sports odds in three formats, namely, decimal odds, fractional odds and American odds or money line.
Tennis is always considered a game for all moods. Apart from playing the game, people even like to enjoy the game too and bet on it to earn money while having fun. Tennis odds are the probability of a player to win or the number of chances of a player for winning. These odds are released prior to a game by the bookies, who use the latest technology and computer systems to calculate the odds.
